EASY 5 INGREDIENT PROTEIN BALLS

MAKES 18 BALLS

Macros: per protein ball - 83 cal, fat 4g, carbs 10g, protein 4g, fibre 1g

Ingredients:

1 cup Quick or Gluten Free Oats

1/4 cup Honey

1/2 cup Peanut Butter or alternative seed butter

1 tbsp Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds

1 scoop Favourite Protein Powder

Directions:

Put all ingredients into bowl and mixed thoroughly until well combined. Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls and place in tupperware. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days. Feel free to use different flavours of protein powder to change up the flavour! You can also freeze any additional balls to eat later.
